ROM stands for Range Of Motion. It is an exactly-4-minutes-persday exercise - no more but sometimes even less (3 minutes or even 2.5 minutes) - that gives a person (no matter how old or fit) the same or even superior results as a 60- to 90-minute workout in a health club. Sounds crazy, but I have used it for 26 years now (4 minutes per day, 4 to 5 times per week) and I can confirm those results. It has been manufactured and sold by ROM Fab for 26 years now. It retails for $14,615 plus crating and shipping. Many well known personalities own the ROM and several of them own multiples because they have more than one home and do not want to do without it ever.  It is an unpleasant 4 minutes, but very effective and it is a lot easier to discipline oneself for 4 minutes than being on another exercise program that requires 10 or more minutes. You can easily understand why only 8% of home exercise equipment is being used by their owners if you realize that 10 minutes or more tooth brushing requirement would not have much success either.
